Sunshine’s Macro Monday #25

Here’s some photos I’ve taken recently of the flowers and plants in the Domaine.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your helpful feedback and kind comments on these posts – most encouraging.

Sunshine’s Macro Monday is a challenge hosted by Irene encouraging us to scrutinise the smallest of details by getting up close and personal and bringing someone or something to life in a photograph. It’s a one day challenge without prompts.  Irene posts a Sunshine’s Macro Monday post each Monday, just after midnight Central Time (US) so don’t forget to use the tag SMM and mention Sunshine’s Macro Monday somewhere on your post, create a pingback or add a link in the comment’s section of her post.

  1. Oh Sheree, these are beautiful! Flowers are healing to the soul, I believe. Just looking at these photos makes me feel like taking a nice deep breath, inhaling the intoxicating smells of nature. So nice!

Hard to pick a favorite, though I love the last one featured. 🙂 Have a wonderful day!

  2. ok, i will be the bad seed…you might not want to post photos that are out of focus unless that is what you are trying to do. it seems like the auto focus is not always able to lock on what you are trying to use as the main subject. it might be better to keep things in focus and then crop your shot. you are doing well with the limited ability of the device you are using. keep practicing!

    1. Buddy, you’re not a bad seed. I’m conscious that the focus isn’t always optimal but I post the photos nonetheless in order to get constructive feedback and hopefully improve. You’re right, I should’ve cropped further. Thank you.
