Share my Passions
Aside from my beloved husband, I have two further passions: cooking and sport. I share recipes under The Musette most weeks. Those of you who are cycling fans will know that a musette is the name for the small cloth bag which is handed to riders during a race and which contains food and drink. I adore cooking and love to spend hours whipping up meals, or my baked goods, for family and friends. I often provide my baked goodies at events where I volunteer and to professional racers who are particularly fond of my race-winning brownies – go figure! I must confess, I wasn’t always a keen cook, in fact I was a bit of a late starter.
My love of cooking and cycling is well documented on the blog, particularly as the two are so closely entwined. Cycling wasn’t my first love, no that belongs to football and again there are plenty of posts about my two clubs Aston Villa FC and OGC Nice. The other sports which merit a mention are tennis, though I no longer play, T20 cricket and MotoGP. Again, these feature in posts on the blog but not to the same extent as cycling.
I am Tagging anyone who’s read this post and would like to join in! Go on, you know you want to……………………………..
