Friday Photo Challenge – In transit

This week’s challenge, set by Sandy, reflects that in many parts of the world, restrictions on movement and travel are gradually being lifted. After weeks of confinement, it is a relief to be able to move about. Even so, travel is not as it once was. Here in France, trans-border crossings are still closed to non-essential travel though there are no restrictions on travel between departments. Sandy’s encouraging us to dip into our archives for scenes of people in motion, moving or stopped in-transit as they go about their daily lives.

I’m much enjoying these weekly challenges hosted on alternate weeks by either Amanda or Sandy because they force me to think about what’s in my photo archives and how I might re-use them.

If you’ve enjoyed this post, why not join in the fun?

Friendly Friday

  1. Very nice collection of photos. I love the antique car. The trees in the fourth photo, watching over the tables and chairs, look like the trees I see every day out my back window in Perpignan. 🙂
