Today I’ve chosen another photograph from our 2019 #adventuredownunder showing a typical Australian bush scene which I’d have photographed from the moving car.
It almost looks like southern California because they planted so many eucalyptus trees, thinking that the wood could be used for railroad ties. (It is not suited for that.)
I saw a documentary once and the variety of poisonous spiders there scared the hell out of me. There was one that clamps down with fangs they said would go through your toenail! Then there’s the sea creatures. When they described the box jellyfish, I knew if I visited there I wouldn’t be going in the water!
Taken well from the moving car. I wouldn’t know.

With all the terrible, people attacking creatures I hear about in Australia I think I’d take ALL my pictures from the car!

I’ve never seen anyone attack an animal in Australia however so many end up as road kill.

Perhaps a missing hyphen in Blaine’s sentence…!

Snakes maybe but our native wildlife is basically timid and nocturnal little creatures 🙂

That doesn’t look like it was taken from a moving car at all! Cool!🌟 Australia is pretty much at the top of my bucket list

Thank you! Hubby drives and I shoot photos with my iPhone from out of the window. I discard at least 50% and crop the rest.

Cool! I’d love to go to Australia providing I didn’t meet any big poisonous spiders!

It’s most unlikely that you’d see any
