Ramblings of a retiree in France
Finally, during Lockdown II, I’ve been out and about taking photos in the Domaine.
This busy bee was gi-normous (size of my thumb) and decided to join me on the terrace.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your helpful feedback and kind comments on these posts – most encouraging.
Sunshine’s Macro Monday Challenge was hosted by Irene a formidable photographer who encouraged us to scrutinise the smallest of details by getting up close and personal and bringing someone or something to life in a photograph. It was a one day challenge without prompts which I have continued to pursue. Feel free to join in and brighten everyone’s Monday.
You really have got the hang of these

I agree you’re good at this. Is this taken where you live then / around your neighboorhood? It must be gorgeous there.

Though I’m not sure about the one with the little red tongues. Nothing to do with your photography but this plant is obscene. I did recoil a bit.

Just had a thought, Cherie – why don’t you compile a book from your writings and put it on Amazon! 🙂
Oh, and my fave photo from this batch is the one that’s one up from the bee. I just like succulent looking leaves. Have a good one. 🙂
