Wordless Wednesday #118

Wednesday is usually devoted to photos from Australia but, in view of this week’s chocolate theme, it’s a video of how Hunted + Gathered in Melbourne makes its chocolate.

From the sorting and roasting, to the pouring and wrapping, every bar is made from start to finish in their Cremorne factory: starting with small samples, exploring the nuanced characteristics of each batch before developing a new variety of chocolate.
