2. No editing – who cares if it is out of focus, not framed as you would like or the subject matter didn’t co-operate.

Great idea! Good incentive to make every photo count and more importantly, to make every moment count! My last photo was an image of Strasbourg from “The Discovery of France”, for a blog post. Wish I could have been there in person!
