Ramblings of a retiree in France
Here are a few more doors from my most recent trips to Nice.
Thursday Doors is a weekly feature allowing door lovers to come together to admire and share their favourite door photos from around the world. Feel free to join in the fun by creating your own Thursday Doors post each week and then sharing your link in the comments’ on Dan’s site, anytime between Thursday morning and Saturday noon (North American Eastern Time).
Wow, this was my favorite door post yet!

I would be lying if I said the 1st door is not the most beautiful looking one yet.

I like all of these but the first one with the matching balcony is my favorite.

All amazing as usual. 🙂 I’ve said it before… 99% of U.S. doors are bland and lacking any artistic style compared to what you feature.
Are the doors this week security gates, or are they actual Iron and glass doors?

The latter

Very nice. Iron and glass doors like that are often used as outer “storm doors” in the Eastern US, but the iron work is almost always much less intricate. 🙂

This is a wonderful collection of doors Sheree. I love the black iron with brass accents, and the high raised panels that almost match the studs in that large wooden door. Great photos.
